Matt’s Basil/Egg/Tomato Cup!

My brother Matt taught me this great trick - scoop out a tomato (set aside), line with basil leaves, and crack at egg into it. Then bake for 15-ish min (I overdid mine a bit - would like the egg runnier next time). So delicious!!!!
