Let's just clear a few things up
Just because a word ends in a vowel does not mean you need to use an apostrophe when pluralizing it. Bees, coffees, potatoes, dates, oboes: all fine! You may pronounce words like would’ve, could’ve and might’ve similar to how you pronounce the word of, but saying “would of”, “could of” and “might of” makes zero sense. The apostrophes in those...
